Day 0:
From Hanoi to Ha Giang City (300km)
Car pick up from Hanoi Old Quarter at (06 Hang Muoi) at around 7:45-8pm every day.
The sleeper bus will leave Hanoi and you will arrive in Ha Giang at 3:30am, check in at our hostel Ha Giang Road Trip Hostel & Tours and rest for a few hours until the tour starts at 8:30am .
Day 1:
Ha Giang City – Quan Ba – Yen Minh – Dong Van Town (135km)
8:00 am: Have breakfast at our hostel
8:30 a.m: The tour guide will meet and introduce the itinerary then depart Ha Giang Loop.

- Quan Ba Heaven Gate
- Quan Ba Twin Mountains
- Can Ty Pass
- Rest in Yen Minh Town
- Tham Ma Pass
- Palace of the H’Mong King
- Check in hotel/homestay in Dong Van Town
7:30pm: Get dinner in Dong Van Town, free time to walk around Dong Van old town

Day 2:
Dong Van town – Ma Pi Leng – Du Gia village (110km)
8:00am: Have breakfast in Dong Van town (on weekends visit Dong Van Flea Market)
Highlights of the day:
- Sky Path
- Ma Pi Leng Pass (One of the 4 most beautiful passes in Vietnam)
- Pa Vi – Hmong ancient village on the way
- Rest in Mau Due village
After lunch, get on your bike and go to Du Gia village
Highlights:
- Sa Li Pass
- Lung Ho Point
- Du Gia waterfall
- Check in to the homestay of the Tay ethnic in Du Gia village
07:30pm: Get dinner with family (Family dinner)

Day 3:
Du Gia Village – Lung Tam Village – Ha Giang City (120km)
8:00am: Have breakfast at a local house with mountain view, enjoy the quiet natural space of the morning in the mountainous countryside of Northern Vietnam.
- Visit Du Gia market (Saturday)
- Duong Thuong View Point
- Get lunch in Thai An village
- Enjoy the beautiful scenery on the way from Thai An – Thuan Hoa – Ha Giang city
- Cam Mountain Coffee (where panoramic view of Ha Giang city)
3:30pm: End of motorbike tour at our hostel (Ha Giang Road Trip hostel & tour)
3:45-4pm: Limousine takes you back to Hanoi (there are also options to go to Sapa, Ninh Binh, Ha Long, Cat Ba)
10:30 pm: arrive in Hanoi Old Quarter, The bus will drop off at Hanoi Old Quarter (01 O Quan Chuong)

Please note that an international motorbike license is required to legally ride a motorbike in Vietnam. In recent years, an increasing number of tourist-related accidents and fatalities have occurred, therefore we do not encourage those who are unlicensed or inexperienced to ride by themselves.
If you possess a valid officially issued national motorbike license, please check your nationality to see if your country is a member the Vienna 1968 Conventions on Road Traffic and Road. If it is, you can convert your license to an internaional license to legally ride a motorbike here.
While we do not condone breaking the law, if you feel confident in your riding abilities and would like to proceed with riding by yourself with bigger motorbike, please be aware that in the likely event of a police check-point, the fine will be $100-150 USD. Once you pay the fine, you should be good to finish the trip.”
