How much stuff can we bring on the bike?

On tour you should bring small backpack can put enough stuff for “2,3,4” days on the loop only, if you have big luggage or things you don’t need to use on the tour you can store at our office in Ha Giang city during the tour.

How is the pick up bus from Hanoi ?

Pickup bus from Ha Noi will be with VIP Cabin bus with private room.

Pick up point (06 Hang Muoi, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi) at 7:30pm everynight.

The bus from Ha Giang to Ha Noi will be with limosine Van 9- 16 seats. Bus will pick up at our hostel Ha Giang Road Trip Hostel & Tour when the tour finish

What time arrive in Ha Noi ?

The Limousine will pickup at 4pm from Ha Giang and will arrive in Ha noi old quarter at 10:30-11pm

I want to ride a motorbike myself to experience it, are there any conditions required?

For who want to drive yourselves, you are required to have an international motorbike license to operate motorbikes over 50cc (under 50cc/without a driver’s license, traffic police fine of 1.5 million or more)

How many days should I plan my trip?

This is almost a difficult question to answer. On Ha Giang Road Trip, people usually go for four days, enough to explore small roads, village life, walk and sightsee at their own discretion.

How do I pay for tour?

We accept cash (Vietnamese Dong, American and Euros)/Visa/MasterCard payment.

As with all card transactions in Vietnam there is a 3% bank charge when you use card payment.

How about the quality of hotel and food on a tour? 

When travelling the countryside and northern mountains of Vietnam you are not likely to find much Western cuisine, but there will be no lack of various restaurants. And, if being a vegetarian it is normally not a major problem although you may have a bit of explanation to do.
